Why does my drain keep getting re-blocked?
If the blockage is continuously happening you may have a bigger issue that just a blocked drain. We suggest using CCTV equipment to investigate the cause of the blockage.
Sometimes unblocking takes longer than it should due to the following common reasons;
– Roots
– Collapsed or cracked pipes
– Debris
– Fat
– Objects obstructing the flow of water

What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments are usually required upon completion of job. We accept cash, cheque, debit, or online bak transfer unless you’re an account holder with us. Our regular and commercial customers have monthly payments.
Any job that is valued over $1000, we require an upfront 50% deposit before work commences.
Do you guarantee your work?
It is not possible to guarantee drains that are’t visible or clear as they are underground, without a CCTV investigation. From there we can have a full report and a diagnosis of your drains. We can determine the cause of the blockage and offer a solution if needing repairs. A quote can be given if requested
Do you provide new drainage or drainage repair services?
Yes, we can quote to install new drainage or repair. Usually a CCTV investigation will be needed to locate a suitable connection point for new drainage or to locate where the issue is in order to make repairs.
